After graduating from law school at the University of Denver, Daniel practiced civil and criminal litigation for two small law firms. He then joined the Denver City Attorney’s Office, where he spent most of his days in court and developed a passion for courtroom dynamics. Over the first decade of his law career, Daniel formed deep and lasting relationships with judges, prosecutors, and opposing counsel—a key advantage in helping his clients succeed today.
Daniel took a short sabbatical from practicing law to explore his interest in food & wine, and upon his return, established his own law practice to devote his time to the criminally accused. His firm grew rapidly, and Daniel was offered the opportunity to join a top-tier civil and criminal trial law firm. Over the next eight years, he conducted many complex criminal trials; during his career, Daniel has completed more than 100 jury trials. He then parted ways from that firm to return to his own practice, excited about the opportunity to devote personalized attention and quality time to each of his own clients.
Today, Daniel is growing his own firm and continues to practice both criminal, family, and civil law. When he’s not working, you can find him golfing, reading, traveling, and entertaining at home with his partner. Daniel enjoys every aspect of Colorado living, from our wonderful landscape to our city’s urban excitement.
